No stranger to Hollywood, Heather Henderson cherishes fond memories of dining among stars at the commissaries on the lots of 20th Century Fox and Paramount studios with her mom, late veteran casting director, Cathy Henderson,  She has built solid relationships across the industry as an employee of IFTA (Independent Film and Television Alliance) and the AFM (American Film Market) for over a decade.  Heather launched SeaGlass Talent Management in 2024 and acquired the Kontakto Latinx actors division in May 2024.   She is committed to creating a cohesive and thriving environment dedicated to helping actors reach their full potential, setting the stage for continued success, and striving to create an inclusive and equitable entertainment industry for all talent.​​ An executive producer on a Latinx LGBTQ film noir, The Low End Theory, currently in post, Heather continues to advocate and promote diversity in Hollywood.  ​​
